Before requesting a refund, you must allow our support team to assist you in resolving the issue by opening a ticket at our support desk. Refund Exceptions

Digitable VIP Membership Subscription – Our membership plan provides access to a wide range of products at a discounted price. If you purchase a VIP Membership, refunds will not be granted, even if claimed within 1 day. However, you may cancel your membership at any time.

Update Delays – Some products may not be updated immediately upon release. We take reasonable time to update them and do not guarantee instant updates.

Renewals – Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.
