Create staff and pair POS / KDS / Waiter
Invite roles, assign branches, and pair floor devices before service.
Goal Staff can sign into the right apps on trusted devices.
Who Owner in Admin → Staff / Devices.
Steps
- Create users with roles: Waiter, Operator, Cashier, Manager as needed.
- Assign branch access; deactivate leavers promptly.
- Pair POS device; pair KDS with default station; pair Waiter if you use it.
- Confirm device health shows online (not pending forever).
- Have each role sign in once before doors open.
