Steps
- Sign in; confirm dine-in / takeaway / waiter intake mode.
- Build cart (search, modifiers, notes); bind table and show PIN if needed.
- Dine-in: send to kitchen; takeaway: collect pay first when configured.
- Checkout with cash, UPI, or split tender.
- From Orders / table settle: pay unpaid, clear bill request, close table.
Expected result Bills paid; tables free; kitchen not left with ghost tickets.
Common mistakes
- Forgetting business day is closed — POS will refuse login or orders.
