Steps
- Confirm go-live, business day open, payments, and devices.
- Scan a table QR; join; place a small order.
- Start and bump on KDS.
- Request bill from phone; acknowledge on Waiter if used.
- Settle at POS; confirm digital receipt / bill archive.
