Sign in to Waiter, open a table, share PIN, send courses to kitchen.

Goal Run a table from the Waiter app without guest phones if needed.

Who Waiter on a paired Waiter device.

Prerequisites Business day open; Waiter device paired.

Steps

  1. Sign in and open the floor view.
  2. Open / claim a table and share the guest PIN if guests will join by QR.
  3. Build the order (items, modifiers, notes) and send to kitchen.
  4. Watch “Needs you” for bill requests and ready food.
  5. After POS settlement, clear the table.

Expected result Kitchen gets tickets; table state stays accurate through settle.
