Steps
- Sign in and select your station if asked.
- Find the ticket in the board (lanes or group-by-order).
- Start the ticket when you begin prep.
- Mark ready when food can leave the station; bump when handed off / completed.
- Use mute / fullscreen / shortcuts as trained for your kitchen.
