Steps

  1. Open business day.
  2. Place one small order (guest QR or POS).
  3. Confirm KDS ticket; start and bump.
  4. Settle at POS; confirm print/receipt path if you use it.
  5. Only then announce QR codes to guests.

Expected result First real guest is not your first ever order.
