Troubleshooting: guests see closed

Closed overlay usually means business day, intake pause, or hours — not “forgot go-live” alone.

Goal Restore guest ordering quickly.

Who Owner / floor lead.

Steps

  1. Check business day is open for the correct branch.
  2. Check operational status is not paused / emergency-stopped.
  3. Check weekly hours cover “now”.
  4. Confirm go-live completed (OPEN) — still required, but not sufficient alone.
  5. Hard-refresh the guest phone after fixing Admin.

Expected result Guest menu accepts orders again.
